Made from raw milk sourced from our Normande and Jersey cows, this cheese is aged 3 to 5 months in our cave — giving it an elastic, springy texture and a gently nutty, yet confident flavor.
Our Toma is versatile: perfect for melting into risottos or grilled sandwiches, or enjoying simply on a cheese board with fruit and crusty bread.
Each wedge averages about 1/2 lb in weight.
