Free Ground Shipping

We’re happy to offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 to the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout when applicable.

Orders that do not meet the order minimum or that ship to states outside the eligible area will see standard shipping rates at checkout.

Packaging & Shipping

All orders are hand-packed at the farm with great care to ensure your items arrive frozen and fresh. Frozen items are carefully protected with insulation and dry ice, and shipping costs include a $7.50 handling fee to cover packaging materials, dry ice, and the extra care required during transit.

Orders are packed and shipped once a week on Tuesdays, unless a major holiday falls on that day (Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas). If a holiday falls on a Tuesday, we will make every effort to hand-pack and ship orders on Monday instead.

To receive your order during the same shipping week, please place your order by Sunday at 11:59 PM EST. Orders placed after Sunday will ship the following week. Delivery typically occurs by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location and carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey from our farm to your doorstep. Please double-check that your email address is correct at checkout to ensure you receive timely tracking updates.

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. If your package is delayed, we recommend tracking it directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number. If you believe your package has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist.

If your package arrives damaged, or if any items appear spoiled or compromised, please get in touch with us immediately with photos of the package and contents. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

In-Store Pickup

You also have the option to place your order and pick it up in person at our Farm Store in Piermont, New Hampshire. When placing your order online, simply select In-Store Pickup at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup, usually within 2-4 days. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when you arrive. Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and refunded. In-store pickup is available at 25 NH-10, Piermont, NH 03779.
