Robie Farm's take on the classic English Cheddar. A milder cheese, delightfully versatile as a table cheese or added to your favorite dishes. Crafted in small batches, from our own raw milk, aged at least 60 days in our cheese cave.  

Each wedge averages about 1/2 lb in weight.
